Shipping your parcel / Shipping and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered with signature or to a pick-up point if possible depending on your delivery location.

Whatever shipping method you choose, we will send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items in one order.

We cannot group two separately placed orders, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package is dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.

Box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

  • For calculated delivery fees: The shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • For flat-rate delivery: We offer flat-rate delivery of $10 to the United States or the United Kingdom.

International Shipping Conditions

We process orders within 2 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed within 2 to 3 business days after they arrive in stock.
 

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes once the order has been shipped.
 

Please carefully check that the address provided is correct. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to an error in the address provided. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping costs) and invite you to place a new order.

Refund conditions

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, provided that the item has not been used and is in its original condition and packaging. In this case, we will proceed with a full refund of the order amount, excluding return shipping costs.
 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by email at pro@zenspire.com, indicating your order number and attaching a photo of the item's condition. Each situation is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund request is approved or denied.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and the amount will be credited to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Is delivery free of charge?

Yes! We offer free shipping on our limited-time flash deal (main campaign page) with a minimum purchase amount (typically 2 bottles or more, unless otherwise stated).

Daily limited-time flash deals cannot be combined with other wines from other pages. Only one or more bottles of wine listed in our Premium, Last Chance, or Cellar offers can be combined to qualify for free shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

If your order contains one or more Archive items, please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days for processing. Archive items will be shipped separately from standard items.

How will my order be shipped?
