Heart
cohérence

As simple as breathing

Heart coherence emerged in the United States in the 1990s.
This technique – because it is only a technique – allows you to reach a state of physiological and emotional balance in just a few minutes.

Heart coherence is a term used by scientists to describe a specific physiological stage in which the nervous, cardiovascular, hormonal, and immune systems work in an efficient and harmonious way. This physiological change is brought about by the implementation of a simple breathing technique. By balancing the autonomic nervous system, this practice quickly, but temporarily, provokes a natural state of wellbeing.
This simple guided breathing technique has a specific rhythm: 6 full breaths per minute by inhaling for 5 seconds and exhaling for 5 seconds. This exercise makes it possible to handle stressful situations and quickly refocus the autonomic nervous system. The only notable difficulty of this technique is the
the 5/5 rhythm of the breathing.

And this is the main advantage of ZENSPIRE. No more counting or logging onto an app. Just follow the changing light or vibrations.

.

After a short learning period, regular practice (3 to 5 minutes, 3 times a day) allows everyone to better manage their stress and adapt to their environment.
This facilitates the restoration of the body’s physiological and psychological balance. This is the famous 3.6.5 technique developed by Dr. David O’Hare.
This duality of action gives heart coherence its strength and enables a great diversity of applications: stress, anxiety, depression, pain, addictions, phobias, insomnia, personality disorders, cardiovascular disorders, neurological dysfunctions, performance, learning problems, etc.
David Servan-Schreiber brought heart coherence to the French public. Since then, the technique has continued to grow. In 2014, the French Federation of Cardiology included heart coherence as the first of its 10 golden rules to reduce stress on account of its benefits for cardiovascular health.
